The typologically recognizable shape contrasts with the surroundings to such an extent that in a broader context it becomes one of the recognizable elements of the urban image. The building proposal deals with two basic types of building masses combined into a whole: the composition of the towers and the connecting corridor, which represents the intersection of programs, views and external ambiences. The whole image is defined by the shape of the chessboard modul system. A lot of effort is based on a simple, transparent and rational organization of paths and spaces according to the diverse requirements of the software packages.
