Nature/ Connectivity/ Rural criteria

The area in question is primarily characterized by the character of natural values of the broader area, as contact, connection and life within nature is the essence of everything. Here, where the landscape image is plotted by views of the surroundings with distant views of the Julian Alps and Triglav, an area of planning for an area of approximately 6.6ha is located. The given location has a semantic central role in the village for it represents the central area in the concept of constructed structures, where, beside the church towards the village centre, the services of public administrative use are concentrated to a minimum extent. With a purpose of concrete definition of the broader context in terms of multi-layered images of the municipal centre, the area is divided into a few individual spatial entities - ambient units. Structural diversity of space arrangements is exposed as a quality that allows the diversity of experiencing the space within the wider surroundings and allows for the interweaving of individual zones, especially in terms of mixing different population groups (status, age ...). This reflects the great advantage of this place, offering an opportunity to interconnect different groups of the population in a spatially integrated area, all with the aim of their interconnection and integration into society.
