Urban triplex

The building unit of a highly institutional character creates a legible three-dimensional image, which is – at the level of micro-location – determined by the lower part - the "urban base", on which two separate freestanding cubes are set, and are deliberately unconnected in the upper part. The latter enable visual effects, which,at the level of the urban context, seemingly connect and continue the sequence between park and square. In terms of the continuity of the existing character and with the dynamic articulation of the spatial transition and the autonomy of the new volume, the integral space story is reasonably upgraded. The logic of the "duality" of the spatial context is upgraded by the installation of a central feature – the public connection (city passage) on the ground floor of the building, which connects two urban directions, two urban ambiences (square-passage-park).
